Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Divine Feminine Works accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Order processing time is anywhere between 24 and 48 hours.

 


Shipping Times

All orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after processing.

 

We do our best to adhere to these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service or mail courier. Once the shipment has been scanned by either the post office or mail courier, we have no control over how long the shipment will take to arrive. We are not liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your shipment.

 

That being said, we do our absolute best to make sure you receive the order you've paid for. Should you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order please contact us at orders@divinefeminineworks.com. Don't forget to include your order number!

  • Do you ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx?

We are always trying to find the best shipping rates for you! Since every shipping situation is slightly different, we use whichever carrier provides the best rate.

 

  • What happens if I put in the wrong address for shipping?

If you realize this while we're still processing your order, which is between 1 and 2 days after purchase, simply send an email to orders@divinefeminineworks.com and we'll update your shipping address.  If your order has already been shipped, you can attempt to contact the carrier to update the address. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
