So You've Booked An Appointment, Now What?
Here's everything you need to know about our appointments.
All appointments are conducted virtually via Zoom. You'll get an email prior to your scheduled time with instructions.
There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than 15 minutes, it's considered a no-show.
If you miss your appoinment, you'll receive an email that will allow you to reschedule. You must reply to the email to successfully reschedule.
If you fail to respond to the email or you miss your rescheduled appointment, you will NOT be refunded.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so no less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You can reschedule by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so no less than 24 hours in advance. You can cancel by sending an email to email@example.com.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a partial refund.
We reserve the right to use our discretion concerning rescheduling and cancellation.
