Returns & Refund Policy
Journals
All journals are unique and produced only once ordered. We do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong style or if you simply don't like the product.
In the case of a damaged or defective product, or if there was a manufacturing error, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of product delivery and we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
To Request a Refund or Exchange:
-Email us at: orders@divinefeminineworks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the reason for your request.
-After receiving your RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging, and send to the following address:

-Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
-Once received and we've approved the transaction, we'll process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return or exchange has been processed.
-Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at checkout.
Candles
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery and we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

Astro Reports
All sales are final on Astro Reports. No exchanges or refunds will be given.

- What condition must the returned item be in?
If you are returning an item it must be: 1) unused, 2) in the same condition you received it, and 3) in the original packaging.
- For returns and exchanges, who pays for shipping?
You are responsible to pay for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging your item.
- How do I start the return process?
To start the process, you need to send an email to: orders@divinefeminineworks.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- How long will I take to get my refund?
Once your return has been received by us, please allow seven (7) days to process your return and refund. Thereafter, you may have to wait an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to deposit the funds into your account.
- Can I exchange my item for a different item?
We will gladly honor your request for an exchange. Free exchanges are for products of equal value. If the desired item is of lesser value, you will be credited the difference. If you item is of greater value, you will be charged for the difference in price.
